Terms and Conditions (T&C)

2. General Provisions

2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded electronically between the Service Provider and the User through the Service Provider’s website.
2.2. The contract is concluded in English (or Hungarian, depending on the chosen language version).
2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of the Service

3.1. The Service Provider provides digital products and online services, including but not limited to proxy services, digital access, and IT solutions.
3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services offered at any time.

4. Ordering Process

4.1. The User may select the desired service/product via the website.
4.2. Placing an order entails a payment obligation.
4.3. The Service Provider confirms the order by e-mail.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Prices are indicated in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and, where applicable, in Euro or USDT (cryptocurrency).
5.2. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, online card payment, cryptocurrency payment (e.g., USDT).
5.3. Invoices are issued in compliance with applicable Hungarian legislation.

6. Fulfilment

6.1. For digital services, fulfilment takes place by granting access to the product/service.
6.2. Fulfilment occurs within [X hours/days] following successful payment.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. In the case of digital products, the User is not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right once the fulfilment has commenced.
7.2. By placing the order, the User expressly consents that the Service Provider may begin fulfilment before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

8. Complaints Handling

8.1. The User may submit complaints via e-mail to the Service Provider’s customer support.
8.2. The Service Provider shall investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 30 days.

9. Liability

9.1. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the service.
9.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service but strives for the highest possible uptime.

10. Data Protection

10.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10.2. The User’s data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
11.2. If this fails, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. These Terms and Conditions remain in force until revoked.
12.2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted them.

13. IP Address Ownership and Liability

13.1. The IP addresses provided by the Service Provider as part of its services do not constitute the property of Noentix Digital Kft.
13.2. All IP addresses are leased by Noentix Digital Kft. from third-party providers and are subsequently offered as part of the Service.
13.3. The User acknowledges and accepts that the Service Provider does not assume any responsibility or liability for the availability, functionality, reputation, blocklisting, or prior usage history of any leased IP address.
13.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to replace or withdraw any IP address at its sole discretion, without any obligation for compensation, should the leasing provider require it or in case of technical necessity.
